Travel Learn and Discover EU

During our journey through Romania, visiting castles was one of the main highlights, but for me, it also meant facing a personal challenge. Living with cerebral palsy, stairs were something I knew would be difficult. I was aware of that before the trip, but I didn’t want it to stop me. There were moments when I stood at the bottom of long staircases, unsure how I would manage. But I was never alone. The friends I met along the way stayed by my side, helping me step by step, with patience and understanding.
And guess what, I did it!
By the end of the journey, I realised that challenges don’t have to isolate you. With the right people around you, even the hardest steps become possible and worth it.
